Lt Col Md Nuruzzaman, G (Retd), from February 2023 to November 2024, I served as a dedicated Project Coordinator for the Bashundhara Public School and College Project (BPSC) in both the Bashundhara Residential Area and the Keranigonj Riverview Project of Bashundhara Group (BG). My responsibilities included creating a comprehensive project roadmap, dynamic organogram, student and teacher calculations, admission/recruitment plans, and a three-year projected plan for revenue and expenditure. I successfully established high-standard digital classrooms and a hybrid central classroom, lab, and library interior. I have developed a standard project template for establishing educational institutes, covering everything from institutional approval to academic operations. Currently, I am an Executive Director at ilannoor Institute, demonstrating operational skills in website management, and content writing, conducting Zoom hybrid classes, and providing guidance at ilannoor Publication. In 2020 and 2022, I held the position of Chairman of the Marketing Department at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), overseeing faculty planning, evaluation, examination control, and office management. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, I ensured the university's continuous functioning through online classes and exams. I successfully managed the admission process for the first MBA in Marketing and witnessed the graduation of two BBA batches during my tenure. Additionally, I assumed the role of Chairman for the MBA (Professional) Program as an additional duty, completing MBA admissions and overseeing the graduation of two MBA professional batches. I also acted as an advisor for the Marketing department's Business Communication Club (BCC) and organized a successful Regional Hult Prize Competition at BUP. Furthermore, I arranged educational trips to Saint Martin and Cox's Bazar for two batches in 2020 and 2022. In 2018, as Principal of Munshi Abdur Rouf Public College in Peelkhana, Dhaka, I implemented policies to enhance student-friendly classrooms and campus facilities. Initiatives were taken to improve teacher attendance and academic results, resulting in 100% pass rates in PSC, JSC, and SSC exams in 2018. I also oversaw the functionalization of digital and panel boards in classrooms, the installation of CCTVs and walkie-talkies, and the preparation of washrooms, drinking water facilities, and playgrounds. The introduction of college buses for student transportation contributed to a profitable transport service. From 2014 to 2018, I served as the Principal of Halishohor Cantt Public School & College (HCPSC) in Chottogram. During this period, I obtained permission from the Education Ministry in Dhaka to open college sessions in 2016. I conducted three teachers recruitment, hiring a total of 35 teachers and 20 staff. I established three labs, a large library, common classrooms, a front desk, a co-education room, and play stations on an unused ground.

Maj (retd) AKM Ahsan Habib, G+, is a multi-faceted individual with a humble career spanning the military, humanitarian, educational, and business sectors. He brings rich experience gleaned from diverse roles, including service in the Bangladesh Army, contributing to United Nations missions, leading educational institutions, and driving entrepreneurial ventures. His dedication to Islamic scholarship further adds depth to his profile. Academically accomplished, Maj Ahsan holds BSc, MSc, MBA (HRM), and PGDSCM degrees, with extensive professional training both within Bangladesh and internationally. He actively contributes to Arabic language Teachers Training in affiliation with Arabic for All. He also worked with www.understandquran.com by developing Bangla content and training teachers. Notably, he plays a key role in the 'Glorious Quran –Thematic and word for word translation (in Bangla) project, demonstrating his dedication to Quranic understanding and dissemination. A lifelong learner, Maj Ahsan continuously pursues knowledge. He has attended programs at renowned institutions like Royal Roads University, BC, Canada, National University, Bangladesh Military Academy etc. Additionally, he undertook language and Islamic studies courses at Understand Quran Academy, International Islamic University Chittagong, International Open University etc. This dedication to scholarship complements his practical experience and enriches his perspective. Currently, Maj Ahsan serves as the Managing Director of ilannoor Institute and Publication, leveraging his diverse skills and experience to lead the organization.
